1.Are beach towels provided or do guests bring their own?

Yes, we provide beach towels.

2.Are hair dryers provided in the room?

Yes. Hair dryers are provided in all rooms. But you might prefer to bring your own if it has special features! Check out if it works properly on the USA Voltage supply of 110 Volts, or if you need an electrical plug adapter, before you leave home.

3.Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

No. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. A US$300 deep cleaning fine will apply if there is no adherence to this policy. If you wish to smoke, we request that you confine this to your guest room balcony or other outdoor areas.

4.Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes. The resort has a 24-hour fitness center accessible with a guest room key and features state-of-the-art cardio machines, elliptical machines, stationary bicycles as well as free weights. Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.

5.Do you have laundry rooms?

Yes. The guest laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are washers, dryers and soap dispenser on each floor. For the soap dispenser you will need tokens that you can buy from a token machine found in the lobby.

6.Do you offer wireless internet access?

Yes. The basic Wi-Fi is free of charge and available in all rooms and public areas. A premium Wi-Fi packages is available for purchase directly from your device.

7.Is a credit card required at check in?

Yes. We require a deposit in the amount of $250 per room upon check-in. You may also cover the deposit in cash. When you check-in you will also need to present a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport).

8.What credit cards does Playa Linda Beach Resort accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

9.What is check in/check out time?

Check in is anytime from 4:00 PM , and check out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, you are more than welcome to leave your bags in the Luggage room so you can still use all the facilities until your room is ready. Late check-outs are subject to availability and an additional fee.
